Who we are

Regisseur, Inc. (“Regisseur”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this marketing website at regisseur.ai. This policy covers only this website. It does not cover the Regisseur enterprise product, which is governed by the terms of your enterprise agreement.

What we collect

This website does not set cookies. It does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels, retargeting, session recording, or any other behavioral measurement technology. We do not use Google Analytics, Segment, Heap, Hotjar, or any equivalent.

If you email us using one of the mailto links on this site, your message is received at the email address listed and handled by our team. It is not stored in an automated CRM. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Server logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard server access logs, which may include your IP address, request path, HTTP method, response code, and timestamp. These logs are retained per Vercel’s data retention policy and are used solely for security and operational purposes. We do not use them to identify individual users.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (Instrument Serif, Inter Tight, JetBrains Mono). Google may log requests for these fonts per their own privacy policy. We have no relationship with Google beyond this font loading.

No other third-party scripts, pixels, or services are loaded on this website.

How we use your information

We use server log data only to maintain the security and performance of this website. We use email correspondence only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose your data to third parties.

Data retention

Server logs are retained per Vercel’s standard policy. Email correspondence is retained as long as it is operationally relevant. You may request deletion of any correspondence at any time by emailing ross@regisseur.ai.

Children

This website is intended for business and enterprise audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
